Sexual Healing with Internal Pelvic Release
I provide Tantric Healing sessions with Internal Pelvic Release offered as part of the session. Internal Pelvic Release provides an opportunity to release and open blocked energies stored in the stomach, vagina and anus area.

Reasons for seeking Sexual Healing with Internal Pelvic Release
Many, if not most, women in our culture have experienced physical abuse, sexual trauma, rape, and/or molestation as well as mentally and emotionally abusive episodes. Even short of these more extreme experiences, women often are pressured to submit or accommodate sexual gratification of their husband or lover without desiring or fully welcoming the engagement in the moment. All of these circumstances produce contractions and restrictions of a woman’s energy.

The “bad experience” is stored in body-memory tissue located usually in the vagina, stomach and/or anus areas of the body. This has the affect of clamping down the woman’s full enjoyment of sexual engagement and creating “dead” or numb areas of the body. Often this affects sexual desire as well. Women who experience this may compensate or ignore the feelings of disconnect, numbness, pain or anger that exist and “just go-along” with their husband or lover’s request for sex and not be fully present to what is happening. This certainly takes a toll on the relationship, even if only on a subliminal level—slowly eroding the intimacy and freedom of sexual expression she feels.

Internal Pelvic Release (a.k.a. “Yoni Healing”) is an important aspect of sexual healing for women. To experience the full effect of kundalini (sexual energy) flow it is essential that the energetic pathways of the body be prepared, clear and open. When this is the case, women feel empowered and free in their sexual expression and embodiment of Shakti (Divine Feminine) energy. They feel “lighter” -more enlivened- experiencing expanded sensual sensitivity and orgasmic response to their lover’s attention.

Procedure
To create a holistic healing opportunity there first needs to be a sense of “space” (detachment or "neutrality") around the issues embedded like a memory in the body. To begin with, discuss concerns, felt awareness and understanding of past abuse, trauma, or emotional wounds with the intention of informing and witnessing—not indulging the upset or associated emotional-power of the wound or trauma. By encouraging a detached perspective while holding the intention of releasing and opening; the woman invites an opportunity for healing. With this accomplished, the physical aspect of the procedure has greater impact and is welcomed by the body.

To prepare the body, a full-body sensual massage is given. It is essential to deeply relax the body so its unconscious “armoring” is lowered and energy is flowing more easily. The adept Daka will also use Tantric skills to enliven the energy pathways of the body in preparation for the energy flow that follows. Only when the body is readied in this manner will the Internal Pelvic Release procedure be affective.

The following description is for information purposes only and is not intended to completely equip one to perform this procedure. One should not attempt internal pelvic release without previously receiving personal instruction and guidance by an experienced teacher-practitioner. There are more aspects to become familiar with and assurances of competency to achieve before one begins performing this procedure with a client or inexperienced receiver.

Internal Pelvic Release
After sensually massaging the body, it is very important for the Daka to ask permission before engaging the yoni. The woman receiving this procedure must feel completely at-choice, with nothing being “taken” from her nor having to submit to something she is not desiring or ready for. I ask permission and receive her verbal “yes” and then I wait for her yoni (vagina) to also “say yes” by its feel—open, receptive, welcoming.

The exterior of the yoni receives a sensual massage that is intended to relax and open the yoni tissues to receiving deeper contact and vaginal penetration. When the yoni is prepared and ready to be entered the Daka will enter the yoni with one finger and gently probe the vaginal walls for areas of tightness, tenderness, soreness, or pain. When such areas are encountered, a gentle but firm pressure is applied without “rubbing” or creating friction to that area -merely meeting the contracted spot with firm-but-gentle pressure that equals the firmness of the contraction -without trying to force it to release. The woman receiving is invited to bring consciousness to this spot and “breath-into” it with the intention of allowing whatever wants to happen to do so—again not in resistance or trying to force anything to happen.

The physical process is similar to acupressure on a knot in one’s muscle. The masseuse will hold gentle, consistent pressure until there is a release in the muscle. As the Daka feels the vaginal wall release there is a definite feeling of softening and opening that occurs. Often this is accompanied by a vocalized release which may include strong emotion, anger, sobbing tears, and/or physical reactions of shaking and sweating.

After one area is addressed, a thorough canvassing of the yoni wall and addressing of additional “tight spots” occurs, providing a “clearing” of the yoni. It is often necessary to receive more than one session for complete clearing to occur.

A Different Touch
The Internal Pelvic Release procedure is different from “pleasuring touch” or even the release associated with invoking female ejaculation. The process is often pleasantly enjoyable while engaging pleasure-sensitive areas of the yoni, the touch however, is not a solicitous one designed to invoke sexual excitement or orgasm. Rather, the yoni is engaged with a touch that imparts "Love-Heals," transferring the intention of wholeness, complete acceptance and well being.

This love-heals touch often contacts tender, sensitive, sometimes painful areas of tight, clenched tissue or muscle in the stomach, yoni and anus area. The engagement therewith is gentle, loving-acceptance, healthful touch/pressure, which meets the “tightness” with equal presence without resistance. This is different from touch designed to invoke orgasm or female ejaculation -it feels loving, accepting, healing, opening one’s self to a more relaxed welcoming of touch rather than the armoring stiffness, “deadness” or numbness currently felt in one’s gut, yoni, or anal areas.

Benefits
By freeing these areas of the body from contraction it allows for the free-flow of energy through the three lower Chakras (energy centers) in the “body.”

The Root Chakra (located at the end of the tail-bone, externally represented by the perineum) is connected to one’s relationship with one’s community, family, survival, feeling of groundedness and connection to mother earth Gaia. It is through this source all our material-physical manifestations come from -procreation/creation.

One’s Second Chakra is associated with the genitals of the body and is connected to our sexual expression, as well as one’s feeling of Shakti (Divine Feminine energy) flow through the body -resulting in a “sensuality” of being. Because of this, the Second Chakra is also associated with Eros, vital force, inspiration, creative spark, vitality, and vibrancy of life. If you are not feeling these aspects of your essential nature then you have contractions/restrictions in this Chakra.

The Third Chakra is connected to one’s “Power” in life and shows up in one’s ability to manifest one’s dreams or intentions. The Third Chakra is located about three fingers below the sternum’s end on the rib cage and is associated with the stomach. If you have a protruding stomach out of proportion with the rest of your body or experience severe tightness, cramping, or bloating of your stomach, you likely have Third Chakra, personal power, issues happening. Clearing this Chakra empowers one’s life with confidence and clear intention and understanding of how to manifest one’s desires.

By clearing these three Chakras from blockages and restrictions (which show up in these areas of the body) one becomes a being filled with vibrant energy, sensuality, confidence, and tremendous expanded orgasmic ability. One’s energy shoots to new heights and sees fantastic new possibilities entering life every day.

Completion
Completing the procedure involves holding space and staying present without trying to fix anything or stop the emotion from coming out. The Daka can offer support by eye-contact, holding hands, embracing the receiver as desired -or not- by her. Gentle, long strokes to the body of reassurance and acceptance is often welcomed.

I keep one hand present at the yoni (exterior), holding in support of integrating the releasing energy. My other hand strokes the body, bringing the energy up and out through the body, on to whatever energetic disbursement the wisdom of the “body” has in store for it. Sometimes the receiver can become cold at this time, it is good to have a blanket or sheet available to cover up with. Compression squeezes through the covering are often welcomed now, feeling deeply cared for and nurtured and warm.

Internal Pelvic Release FAQ:

Will the Internal Pelvic Release procedure be painful?
You are likely to feel some uncomfortable sensations ranging from no pain or discomfort to mild-discomfort to pronounced pain depending on your circumstances. Sensations also include: tenderness, slight, dull pain -and no pain at all. Many times there is merely a sense of tightness, tension, weakness or stress, in a localized spot of the vaginal wall with the rest of the yoni feeling healthy and responsive.

Will I experience orgasm?
The touch provided with Internal Pelvic Release is not a solicitous touch designed to bring one to orgasm. The Love-Heals touch brings gentle pressure without creating friction-sex movements. The touch is very pleasurable for the most part and is trusted, safe, and conscious when engaging tender or tight areas of the yoni.

The sensual massage included to prepare the yoni for penetration is pleasurable and sometimes orgasms occur -but these are not the goal or purpose of the procedure.

Do you wear gloves for the Internal Pelvic Release procedure?
Generally I do not wear gloves. When consulting prior to performing this procedure we discuss your sexual health and potential exposure to STDs if any. I will or will not wear gloves based on this disclosure. If possible, I prefer not to wear gloves -so as to receive the highest level of tactile sensing during the procedure.
